Refund Policy for ShineMasters Detailing At ShineMasters Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional auto detailing services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to address any concerns promptly and fairly. Please review our refund policy below: 1. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with our detailing services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a re-service at no additional charge. 2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are generally not provided for detailing services. However, in exceptional cases where the service was not performed as agreed or there was an error on our part, a partial refund may be considered. Please contact us within 48 hours of the service to discuss your concerns. 3. Cancellations and No-Shows If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. 4. Product Returns For products purchased from ShineMasters Detailing, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Refunds for returned products will be processed to the original payment method.
